  • Abstract Information

  • We are looking for presentations that fall into one of two categories listed below. Please select one. 1) Programmatic: This category is for posters that are primarily narrative in nature. The information focuses on program development or what services are being built. 2) Scientific: This category is for posters that pose a research question and present scientific data with methods, descriptions, results and conclusions.
  • Please keep your presentation title 10 words or less.
  • Submit a description of your presentation in 150-300 words and include: 1) Background information or purpose of the proposed presentation. 2) An overview of the activity or study (if a research study, include the research methodology).
  • Please list three objectives and express them in behavioral terms (ie: describe, identify, implement, etc.).

    Your session may include up to two speakers. Include the following presenter information on your submission: 1) Name 2) Academic Degree(s)/Credentials 3) Job Title 4) Organization 5) Mailing Address 6) Phone Number 7) Email Address

  • Submit a brief biosketch (no more than 75 words). Briefly describe your professional experience or areas of expertise, which contribute to this educational activity (14th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC).
  • Submission Method

    Submit your abstract using the online form at May 15, 2026.
  • Selection Process

    Submissions that adhere to the guidelines will be reviewed and scored based on relevance, clarity, quality, and innovative nature. The presenter(s) or point of contact will be notified by email of the status of the submission within 4 weeks. The presenter(s) must register for the 14th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC. Registration information will be included.
  • Presentations

    Posters will be displayed in a designated area for attendees and poster judges to view. Poster presenters are encouraged to visit the poster room during scheduled times to present their posters and answer questions from attendees or judges. Posters may not be used to market products or services. A digital copy of the posters should be submitted to PCC at [email protected] by August 1, 2026, in PDF or PowerPoint Format. Posters will be printed by Palmetto Care Connections for display. The size will be 20" x 30".
  • Registration

    Poster presenters are asked to register at a discounted price online at www.palmettocareconnections.org/events/annual-telehealth-summit/ by August 14, 2026. Up to two poster presenters may register for each poster. Discounted Registration Fee: $150
  • Photo/Video Consent

    Registration for or attendance at the 14th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Palmetto Care Connections’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs and videos for educational and promotional purposes. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to [email protected].
  • Awards Ceremony

    The Awards Ceremony will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026. All poster presenters will be notified of the time and location.
