  • We are looking for presentations that falls into one of three categories listed below. Please select one.
  • Please keep your presentation title 10 words or less.
  • Submit a description of your presentation in 150-300 words and include: 1) Background information or purpose of the proposed presentation. 2) An overview of the activity or study (if a research study, include the research methodology). 3) Findings or Conclusion
  • Please list 1-2 objectives and express them in behavioral terms (ie: describe, identify, implement, etc.).
  • Presenter(s) Information

  • Your session may include up to two speakers. Include the following presenter information on your submission: 1) First and Last Name with Credentials (ie: MD, MSW, RN, etc.) 2) Academic Degree(s) 5) Mailing Address 3) Job Title 6) Phone Number 4) Organization 7) Email Address
  • Submit a brief biosketch (no more than 75 words). Briefly describe your professional experience or areas of expertise, which contribute to this educational activity (13th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC).
  • Submission Process

    Abstracts must be submitted using the online form at www.palmettocareconnections.org. Submission Deadline: June 30, 2025 Authors must follow the login process to submit an abstract. Abstracts can be saved or deleted by the author. Authors may submit more than one abstract.
  • Selection Process

    Submissions that adhere to the guidelines in this packet will be reviewed and scored based on relevance, clarity, quality, and innovative nature. The presenter(s) or point of contact will be notified by email of the status of the submission on July 7, 2025. The presenter(s) must register for the 13th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC.
  • Presentations

    Presentation allotment time may vary from 30-45 minutes depending on the session. Presentations may not be used to market products or services. If using a PowerPoint or another format slides must be submitted to PCC at [email protected] by October 15, 2025. Also, all speakers are asked to bring a back-up copy on a USB drive to the event. Standard audio/visual equipment (microphone, podium, LCD projectors, computers, and WIFI) will be provided by Palmetto Care Connections. Presentations will be shared with Summit attendees on the mobile app.
  • Registration

    All speakers must register online when registrations opens.
  • Photo/Video Consent

    Registration/attendance participation in the 13th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Palmetto Care Connections’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's and/or attendee's image and/or voice in photographs and videos for educational and promotional purposes.
